It has become a consensus that cross-cultural communication ability is essential. This book conducts a questionnaire survey on non-English major students, in order to understand the current situation and existing problems of cross-cultural communication ability of non-English major students in private colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the results, some suggestions for teaching improvement are put forward.
